The industry describes Level 1 or Tier 1 as 99% uptime, Level 2 or Tier 2 as 99.9% uptime and Level 3 or Tier 3 as 99.99% uptime – Powerworks now offers ‘UPS PLUS’ or Tier 4 as a solution beyond Tier 3.
